Our staff members are selected for their positions based on their education, work experience in the early childhood education field, and the results of a thorough reference check which includes fingerprinting and criminal background evaluation.  Each member of our staff receives ongoing training hours in early childhood educational courses to capitalize on their skills and experiences.
